Scale works in terms of timer and weighing to the nearest gram. Adjusting readings as weight gains can be a little slow, but this is not a critical factor. My problem with the scale is that after less than two months of use, the numbers shown on the screen are not fully displayed. In most cases, this does not interfere with exact brewing, since you can understand what these numbers are yourself. With the numbers 7 and 9 it is not clear. Also, it doesn't look very good. I think for most people when buying a coffee scale, aesthetics also play a role. The product doesn't nearly last the $50 you spend.
