Superb Serving Spoon; However, I also find the small handle design of this spoon very useful in the kitchen for food preparation in general. All-Clad is always a fantastic product; However, the inside of the newer pots and pans are not made of the same material as the outside of the rack and pans, unlike the old ones I've collected over the years. into the pot after you have cooked something in it. The old ones were stainless steel outside and inside. Not new. I've gotten used to it over the years! I would recommend getting these awesome serving spoons; I bought 1 first and then ordered 2 more!
