I like that it's easy for me as an administrator in my office to access all of our patient information at one place. It takes some time getting used to but once we did get familiar everything worked well enough for us. We have not been given any training so far regarding how best to use this product. If they were willing to offer training then maybe there would actually be something good about using their software since everyone is different when learning new things. They need someone who can train them properly otherwise it could make or break what benefits are offered from this program. Allowing employees across multiple offices to easily communicate through email makes keeping up with patients much easier than having each person call every other person directly. This has also allowed our staff members to work together better which helps keep costs down by reducing phone calls needed between doctors' appointments. Having records kept central allows faster.
