Difficult System - Needs Improvement

I like the ease of access to patient information and the ability to create patient billing reports. I dislike the fact that the system can be slow and glitchy. It is hard to navigate the system and create reports. I do not like that I cannot customize the look of the system. I would like to be able to customize the look of the system to fit our needs. Great Software For Our Multiple Offices

I like that it's easy for me as an administrator in my office to access all of our patient information at one place. It takes some time getting used to but once we did get familiar everything worked well enough for us. We have not been given any training so far regarding how best to use this product. If they were willing to offer training then maybe there would actually be something good about using their software since everyone is different when learning new things. They need someone who can…

Great scheduling program - but room improve

The best thing about this software is that it has an easy interface. It's very user friendly and easy to learn. I like how it allows me to schedule appointments and view patient information in one place. I don't like that there are some features that aren't as intuitive as they should be. For example, it would be nice if it had a way to add notes or reminders for patients. Also, it would be great if we could have access to previous visits so we can see what we've done before. The easiest tool to help healthcare providers keep their skills current & efficient

I like that it's easy for me as an EM doctor in rural Alaska who doesn't have access (or time) at my office or home computer/tablet device all day long so being online from any place is huge plus! It makes patient care easier than ever before since we can do everything virtually now instead of having patients come into town multiple times per year just because they're not familiar enough w our electronic medical records program yet!!
