Review on SilverTree EHR by Rusty Smith

I like the ease of access to patient information and the ability to create patient billing reports. I dislike the fact that the system can be slow and glitchy. It is hard to navigate the system and create reports. I do not like that I cannot customize the look of the system. I would like to be able to customize the look of the system to fit our needs. I am able to access patient information quickly and easily. I am able to create billing reports that are accurate. I am able to send out reminders to patients for appointments that are not set up in the system.
