Perfect for replacing a broken SLR on one of the Bearing Buddies on my boat trailer. To replace the mirror on the bearing partner, you must remove it from the wheel hub, as there is a nut inside that you cannot screw the mirror on from the outside. This is easily done by tapping the Bearing Buddy on all sides with a hammer until it comes loose. After that you will need two 5/16 sockets to remove the old plug, one for the plug and one for the nut inside the bracket. After replacement, slide back onto the hub, fill in grease, done. It took about 5 minutes.
