Updated 2/1/21 I was contacted by the manufacturer's representative regarding the delivery as it was odd that both were dead. The representative reached out and asked if I would like a replacement kit as well. It was excellent customer service and I was very glad they could help me. The new batteries arrived just over a week ago and were charged and tested today. Both worked flawlessly and on each charger (one at a time). They were a different color so it could have been a shipping error. Anyway, great update to try and I will definitely buy from them again without hesitation. I was able to use both right away as they had a nice load. They went into an older Dewalt nail gun which I was able to fire off a few shots and complete the project with. When I blamed them both, everything went wrong. They are now both dead after 1 charge. They were both charged with different models of DeWalt chargers but both died immediately after the first charge. So they went to the trash can. As much as I hate buying overpriced Dewalt products, at least I know they will work. Save your money, look elsewhere.
