Better than nothing
As always with Park Tool, you get what you pay for. What is unusual is that in this case it is a very cheap, weak and moderately effective tool. It doesn't feel comfortable or feel tight in the hand, and in my use it didn't fit snugly or hold in the sprocket nuts very securely. It was better than nothing, but I don't know how much better than a flathead screwdriver since I didn't have one to try.
