I bought this collar to replace a twisted leather collar with multiple leather flowers that my dog Acorn wore for 10 years that ended up breaking in the hole I was attaching it to. I wanted a similar collar because the flowers were so cute. They no longer make the collar she had, so the closet design I found was this collar that I bought. First of all, I just fell in love with this collar on her - it's even cuter than the old flower collar she had because it has so many flowers on it. Acorn weighs eleven pounds and is a Chihuahua mix who has become quite soft now in her late teens. She wore her flower collar for about a week - the small leathery petals were beginning to fall off. She was just perfectly snuggled up by the fire in the dog bed and the flowers on that collar just went bad. I am happy to report that returning the item was very easy and I received a full refund. Beware of reviews here as I'm afraid people left them immediately after receiving this collar and not after seeing the product change. It's sad how cute it is, but the flowers aren't done right.
