What can I say, it saved my typewriter. For some reason my machine had problems with the brand new thread. The biggest problem would be a filament leak around the heater block. This resulted in errors, many failed prints, and the loss of an entire spool of filament per print. While I was cleaning the run out filament around the fuser, my printer froze and wouldn't start, skipping the logo screen. Study after study, I couldn't find a solid answer other than one word, "thermistor". When I saw that I couldn't remove the screw to replace the thermistor with a filament, I bought one. Installation was easy, quick and hassle free. After installing the new hotend kit and turning on the machine, I was back in the printer menu. I'll admit that given the many problems I've had, I'm hesitating and typing at the moment. The prints I received were flawless, better than before. Can't beat that cost because of the headache it eliminated.
