Better than the OE plastic part

This is a direct replacement for the original OE part, only better! I followed other reviewers' instructions, which made installation easy. It comes with all the necessary parts: latch, hardware and spring. Would recommend to anyone having this problem. I looked at other parts but this is the best option.
