okay? They were very easy to install and there was a drill in each pocket. I was able to install any of them in a few seconds. They seemed to work fine when first installed. Poorly. they didn't last very long. After only 200 miles in snow, ice and drought, about half of the tips broke off. This is my first experience with spikes so I don't know if this is normal.
