Review on πŸ–οΈ Sargent Art 22-1567: Discover the Brilliance of 8-Count Washable Window Markers, Assorted Colors! by Gelin Battle

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Bright on glass, good for development

Our local children's museum uses them on the wall for drawing/painting on glass and when I saw the difference on glass between them and normal washable saw drawing marks, I had to get them! We use them on the glass patio door and they shine brightly and wash off easily. We like it when someone stands in front of the door while the rest "decorate" their face. Then we take turns standing behind the mustache, glasses, curls, etc. This is great for the children's social and physical development, especially my son with autism. Our OT says that writing on a vertical surface is especially good for his motor skills and he is drawn to these markers. Normal (paper) markers appear transparent on glass, but leave a nice, bright solid line. However, there is not much difference between yellow and orange. If an orange was orange I would give it all 5 stars. So read 4 3/4. Very good product! I needed Revain to replace the first pack because the green one wasn't working. It seems to have dried up. The second batch had the same issue so I assumed it was a batch error and contacted Sargent Art. Their customer service was personal and professional. It appears to be a small company as a real person picked up the phone and transferred my call directly to the product's CTO. He was gone but quickly took my call which went to my voicemail. After several phone calls due to a 3 hour time difference (which other customer service location is willing to call you back multiple times?), he left me his email address. When I emailed my concern, he immediately sent me a replacement. I really liked this company and their markers.
