I had the same question as all of you. how loud is it Mixed reviews say it's too loud, while others say it's not. I will tell you because I took a risk and installed it. It's NOT too loud. Just perfect! If you keep your stock resuscitator and replace the silencer with this DC silencer you should be fine. Now if you remove your resuscitation bag and then get that DC silencer, I'm sure it's going to be loud. If you want something nice, not loud, but with a deep, noticeable sound, go for it. Please note that I am only talking about storage trolleys. I'm glad I bought this silencer. Hope that helps!
