The end caps are a little thiner than I had expected from looking at the photo. I was expecting a thicker end cap like the ones on the old Peugeot UO-8 bicycles like I had in the 1970's. That said, the Wake end caps are easy to install in about two minutes, they give a nice snug fit that won't accidentally pop out if your bike tips over or snags when you're loading or unloading from your car, and they look great. I'm very pleased with mine and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a little extra bling for their ride.
