I am impressed by this recliner cover. I tried uploading some before and after images of my recliner, but this did not work for some reason. My recliner has severe wear on the arms, seat, back, and footrest. I used blankets to cover the damaged areas, but these were constantly coming off and always awry.When I saw this cover, I decided to try it, and I am glad I did. It was straightforward to install. The straps keep the seat, footrest, and back portions in place very well. The arms tend to sag a bit and need repositioning now and then, but not near as much as the blankets did. The pockets on the arms are a handy feature.I find the cover comfortable. It is not exactly soft, but my recliner was leatherette, which was not exactly soft either. The cover feels nice to sit on, even with minimal clothing. The waterproof feature is also nice. If the cover gets dirty, it is easy to remove, wash, and replace. So far, I have not had to wash it. A simple wipe with wet wipes or a brushing keeps it clean.For the price, this is an excellent option for covering up damaged areas on a recliner or making a perfectly good recliner much more waterproof.
