Product arrived as shown. However, the screw is too long to attach the bracket to the deck of my Oxbow paddle board. After watching the manufacturer's product video, I see that they will not attach this bracket to the board. Rather, the goal is to thread a strap through them and just use them as board hooks and use the tension of the strap to hold everything in place. It wasn't what I had in mind. But they are durable and will work just fine in this case. However, if the strap is loosened, one of the hooks can easily come loose. I'd rather attach them to the board and then use them as anchor points. I'm going to cut the screws and use a rubber washer so I can line them up so they work the way I want them to.
