Product arrived as shown. However, the screw is too long to attach the bracket to the deck of my Oxbow paddle board. After watching the manufacturer's product video, I see that they will not attach this bracket to the board. Rather, the goal is to thread a strap through them and just use them as board hooks and use the tension of the strap to hold everything in place. It wasn't what I had in mind.
