Excellent resource for employees looking into their benefits
It's so easy to navigate through all of my insurance options! I love that it is very user friendly with step by step instructions.
There are some things you can't do directly from this website like changing your plan or adding new doctors but there were several other websites where we could have done these functions too which was helpful as well. We found an excellent rate at our current employer and saved over $1000 off what would be paid out of pocket next year if not using health sherpaupdateservices.com.
Pros
- Easy navigation, great customer service team when needed (when something went awry), no hassle process in switching jobs/plans etc.I loved being able see exactly how much money i'd save annually going into 2018 before actually purchasing coverage under ACA exchanges instead
