I give this product two stars because the funnel part works well. Unfortunately, if you want to strain something while using it, you'll have to look elsewhere. No matter how slowly I pour, the little strainer won't stay in place. I experimented with different liquids and amounts to make sure it was just me, but even half a glass of room temperature water mixed with a few peppercorns poured out so slowly that I got bored before it spilled, which resulted in it making sure the strainer is vertical rinse any remaining liquid by rinsing a few trapped peppercorns into a standing pitcher. But hey, these are funnels.
