I paid the same amount for this tool as I did for the BlueDriver tool, only to find that I had to pay $9.99 per vehicle to get all the 'extra features' that the free Bluedriver tool are included. Very disappointed. Updated Review: I want to take a moment to tell consumers how impressed I am with this company and now their product. After a negative review I had previously left, I was contacted by their customer service department and informed that they had read my review and updated their app to include all additional features for buyers of the product free of charge. They asked me to try again and even sent me a brand new unit and asked me to review MX+ Professional again. I was a professional auto mechanic for just a minute (37 years) and customer service like this is rare. Kudos to you! This is a solid product. It's easy to use, easy to read, and the graphical representation of emissions monitors comes in handy when driving a vehicle to prepare it for emissions testing. If the vehicle supports the advanced scan, just upload the package to the tool and you can scan all vehicle modules for trouble codes. MX+ Professional can compete with any pocket scanner and win.
