Review on Amdocs CES by Andy Baudoin

I liked most how it integrated all my CRM data from Salesforce, Hubspot etc in one place without manual effort required by me for syncing them together. This is especially helpful when i have multiple account managers working under different departments/offices within an organization or project team where people are scattered across offices but need access at same time through mobile app or web portal interface. Also this saves lot of precious man hours which can be used instead towards more productive workflows like client engagement & support activities. It doesnt seem so much as good compared its competitors (SalesForce Marketing Cloud) also dont hesitate if your org requires customization, they do offer customizations after free trial period too! Just go ahead only then you wont regret later!! Integration between our marketing tools like salesforcesocial media management tool into amdocces ces platform will help us create better campaigns which helps drive leads down even further than before resulting increased revenues!
