A must-have tool regardless your background

I like how easy it is for me to use, even though i am not very tech savvy or computer literate at all! Very user friendly interface, which makes my job easier when talking about business processes in general. The only thing I dislike so far as its just an inconvenience. It would be nice if they added more features such as better call recording options etc. Maybe add some sort of notification feature where we can get notified via email/text message whenever someone calls us? And make sure there…

  • Ability share info with anyone else who has Amdocs account that does work related things (ie coworkers)

Amazing Customer Engagement solution that's simple to learn

The most useful thing about amdoc is its ability for customer engagement, which has helped us have better sales results than our competitors in some cases by just 1%. We used it as an interface between IT systems (Salesforce) but we've also integrated other tools like Hubspot/ Marketo etc., so there are no downsides really! I don't think anyone will be disappointed if they try this software out because their implementation team did such amazing work at getting everything up & running quickly…

  • Allows you do create custom reports that can help track your ROI easily :)

Easy to use and effective campaign creation solution

I liked most how it integrated all my CRM data from Salesforce, Hubspot etc in one place without manual effort required by me for syncing them together. This is especially helpful when i have multiple account managers working under different departments/offices within an organization or project team where people are scattered across offices but need access at same time through mobile app or web portal interface. Reliable software with great services provided

The flexibility in creating customised reports as per our business requirements, ability to create dashboards for different users/departments etc., excellent support team available 24x7. I have been using this product since last 7 years and never faced any issue or downtime during my entire tenure. Highly recommended! Nothing at all so far, would like to mention is it has its own mobile app which makes your work easy when compared to other products out there. We are solving reporting issues…
