I like how easy it is for me to use, even though i am not very tech savvy or computer literate at all! Very user friendly interface, which makes my job easier when talking about business processes in general. The only thing I dislike so far as its just an inconvenience. It would be nice if they added more features such as better call recording options etc. Maybe add some sort of notification feature where we can get notified via email/text message whenever someone calls us? And make sure there are no bugs or glitches in this software because otherwise our main purpose will fail since people wont want to talk through their problems anymore once everything goes wrong. We have been able solve customer service issues by having instant access to information from anywhere in any device whether mobile phone, tablet, desktop pc or laptop.
