Review on Amdocs CES by William Hunter

The flexibility in creating customised reports as per our business requirements, ability to create dashboards for different users/departments etc., excellent support team available 24x7. I have been using this product since last 7 years and never faced any issue or downtime during my entire tenure. Highly recommended! Nothing at all so far, would like to mention is it has its own mobile app which makes your work easy when compared to other products out there. We are solving reporting issues related to customer engagement data from multiple sources (Salesforce CRM) by aggregating them into one place.
