The most useful thing about amdoc is its ability for customer engagement, which has helped us have better sales results than our competitors in some cases by just 1%.

We used it as an interface between IT systems (Salesforce) but we've also integrated other tools like Hubspot/ Marketo etc., so there are no downsides really! I don't think anyone will be disappointed if they try this software out because their implementation team did such amazing work at getting everything up & running quickly without any issues or glitches from scratch - even though my experience was limited only during training sessions since then things ran smooth sailing!! It took me less time learning how use AMDOC compared using SalesForce itself plus all 3rd party applications required were well designed too making integration easy enough for everyone involved :).
