They work well as expected. Some reviews were disappointing, saying views had only increased a foot. When the cars move out of my regular mirror's field of view, they've been in the blind spot mirror's field of view for some time. They remain in my blind spot field of vision even as they invade my peripheral field of vision. I don't know what else to expect. Re: adhesive, I decided to play it safe and added some clear silicone adhesive/sealant, so I can't tell if the supplied adhesive is sufficient now or not. This expected deficiency alone pushed my rating down to four stars, so it's entirely possible that five stars should have been. These are definitely the nicest blind spot mirrors I've bought over the years. Definitely recommend.
