Picture shows rollers with round centers and a hex portion of the shaft just enough for the pinion. They arrived today and the rollers have hex centers and snap onto the shaft. This is absolutely one of the worst designs I have ever seen. The gear is smaller than the rollers and therefore each revolution results in less linear motion in inches than the rollers in one revolution. Since they are mounted on the same shaft, something must be slipping. My slide jumps because the rollers are trying to catch and slide. What should I do with these new ones that will do the same?
