Just do it on Bed & Tailgate Accessories

That's why some people say no-spec or no-spec. Yes, but it's not exactly a missile operation. The holes don't line up exactly, but close enough. As for strength, it's pretty strong enough. Has held an 8ft Feuerstik CB whip at 70mph for nearly 300 miles. The wiring for the lights was a bit backwards, but that's not impossible to fix.
