They suck, you have to use 2 lids to keep it on even if it falls off easily, and the red part that is supposed to insulate/protect your hand from hot drink doesn't work, when it gets wet it starts to close sink and fall apart. So if your hands are wet or your cup holder has spilled coffee, it's no good. We ended up using them for cold drinks. We went back to the Dixie brand and our reusable travel coffee mugs I gave a 2 star rating because we could use them for cold drinks and then give them away as gifts, had high hopes, won't buy JMO
