I really liked this water filtration system. It's affordable compared to most other options and fairly easy to install, but the water quality just isn't up to par. I can always tell the quality of a filter by my hair and skin. We rented a cabin for six months this winter and they had a ceramic filter thing, not as complicated as this one but it worked better. I want to write his name. We have been using this filtration system for a year now and after a full year my skin and hair are as bad as using regular city water. I don't like the chlorine or fluoride that most city water companies use, and Rhode Island is known for its horrible water. So I bought this system hoping to filter out some of the chlorine and fluorine and other contaminants. After a year I feel like I'm looking for a different water filtration system. Our water tastes strange, skin is itchy and hair is so dry and brittle after using this system.
