It's easy to use with an excellent customer service team behind it as well! The website is very user friendly - I love how simple everything can be found without having to navigate through numerous tabs or pages. There isn't much we dislike about this system other than maybe some minor glitches here and there but nothing significant enough at all times. We have been able to save time by using their CRM tool which allows us to track our donors efficiently in one place instead of looking up information multiple different ways throughout the day. They also give you updates regularly and are always willing to help if needed too so they really make sure your needs are met before anything else! This has helped my organization grow exponentially since implementing them into our business. Their donation tracking capabilities are great and makes keeping records more efficient thus saving money overall while doing so! Our organization was trying to keep donor data separate from each other.
