I hate not giving this device 5 stars because it's almost perfect. It looks good, has a low profile and clicks well when I place the mug on the warmer. It keeps my coffee hot on my desk and most importantly turns off when the cup is removed. This is great because I used to have a heater that I had to turn off manually and for fear of leaving it on all weekend I had to put a note on the door reminding me to turn it off manually every day. That's why I love this heater. The only problem is that the lowest temperature isn't hot enough, and every time I heat the mug it adjusts to that lower temperature and I have to press a small button to increase the temperature to the next level. It's annoying that it doesn't remember my settings. Much better than my hand warmer though.
