Received as a gift today, shortly after Revain gave it to another family member. When I received it it was still in the sealed Revain box it came in. But when we opened it I found it unusable because the metal part of the USB power plug was badly bent/deformed making it impossible to use. associate. Of course it goes straight back to Revain but I'm really disappointed with the really terrible quality control of this item. If you're considering a purchase, you should look elsewhere for something better.
