The ease of use in creating an estimate with multiple subcontractors included for different trades. I dislike having all my information stored online but it's not bad overall if used correctly. It takes some time getting to know how everything works. But once familiarized there are no issues at this point. Take your own advice when using heavybid as they have great customer service! We were looking into other options such as Xactimate or Estimating Pro however we found out that our clients would need additional licenses which was too costly so decided to go ahead with Heavy Bid.
