Great product with real results and a superior brand, no fake

I can't tell you how much I love this nutritional yeast (brewer's yeast). This particular brand is zero waste (most brands contain toxic additives!). Honestly, since taking it I have way more energy and a great mood. It seems like I actually GET B vitamins from him. In all these years I have never experienced anything good from taking synthetic B vitamins in any form or brand; In fact, many of them would cause internal inflammation and pain and even weakness if I took too many of them. This just proves (I've read many places) that synthetic vitamins are usually toxic for a whole host of reasons.) Also, it's a complete protein and high in protein. Who knew! So I ate this brewer's yeast and actually noticed a HUGE difference in how I feel with no side effects. No digestive issues (I don't smell in the room, ha! - if that happens to you, just start with a teaspoon and build up slowly). I also like its taste. (Some people might not like it, but I do.) I just stir it in a little water and drink it, but sometimes I eat it dryβ€”it's like peanut butter (sticks to my mouth!). I take a daily dose of 3 tablespoons at breakfast and recently I'm adding another tablespoon in the afternoon and one before bed. I also had the best dreams. By the way, I remember my mother taking this substance when she was pregnant with my little brother; it cured her morning sickness.

Pros
  • BREWER'S YEAST WITH FOLATE ONLY: Our dry brewer's yeast is the only one that contains folic acid, the natural form of folic acid. Folic acid (vitamin B9) helps the body make new proteins, supports red blood cell growth, and more. It is a popular supplement during pregnancy.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
