I just LOVE this bag. It can hold 132 colored pencils, namely for the Derwent line, which have a larger diameter than, for example, Prismacolors. I wish there were 144 pencils in this bag. This allowed me to carry the entire Derwent range of watercolors (72 point set) and my Derwent Inktense pens (72 point set). But I believe if they enlarged the ring binder a bit there would be room for more pencils. But I'm not complaining. I chose to put my Faber-Castell Polychromos line (set of 120) in this bag. It fits perfectly and holds my pencil sharpener, some crayons, a small (I mean small) sketchbook, and I put my paper brush in the outside pocket. It would be nice to see a 9x12 sketchbook inside, but that's just a wish, not a deal breaker. I plan to buy several of these. Anything for you. I would recommend this to a crayon artist who is on the go and needs a small bag to carry their pens. It really protects the pens and with this layout it's very easy to pick the right color. As an artist, I'm not in favor of just tossing all my pens into a couple of jars. However, keeping them in the original jars or packaging is also inefficient. Since I have several different sets, I want them separately and by color. That's why I originally bought a 120-groove pen holder from Global. I haven't had any problems with them. I can reach for the right set and it's there. This bag is perfect for when I want to work elsewhere and don't want to carry around another bag with other essentials like a pencil sharpener. That's the positive side of this carry-all bag. I would recommend it to artists who like to sort pencils by color and typesetting. I WILL BUY AGAIN.
