Cuisinart C77TR-CF-25 Triple Rivet Collection Chef's Knife, 8 inch. I worked at Cutco when I was studying metals and cutlery in college. This knife is made of high-carbon stainless steel and has a full three-rivet shaft and sells for about $11 at Revain. With this knife I found a bird's nest on the ground! I don't think the stock will last much longer so if you're looking for a quality chef's knife, jump on it while you have it. The new model, which is essentially the same knife, now retails for around $20. I think I bought a dozen and they make great gifts. Who doesn't need a real chef's knife? Not a ruin, right?
