Frustrating for kids only

Frustrating results, not worth trying to heal, cures curvature and breaks tons of color very easily, but not worth baking things or making something you really want to keep, even frustrating kids, since the pieces they made broke when raised. I've been making polymer clay projects for years and it's just not worth the time or money I've spent on it. I baked all the 1/4 inch pieces at 266 for 20 minutes on the first batch and let them cool in the oven. Flexibly after that tried a second batch 1/4" thick in 30 minutes. Same results, even put an extra thermometer in the oven to make sure my oven temp was right, not recommended by this clay sculptor.

Pros
  • EASY TO USE AND FREE INSTRUCTIONS: Clay is easy to shape, bend and stretch and won't stick to your hands or dry out. knead to soften the polymer clay before use, and you don't need any special equipment, just use the kitchen oven to bake it. Or follow the instruction manual to heat the clay products. The booklet it contains contains useful methods and ideas.
Cons
