Looks good, made in America but I had to return it. I couldn't attach it. The brackets have a nylon lock nut to hold the bolt, but you can't reach behind the bars to hold the bracket in place while tightening. It just spins instead of clinging to the truck's plastic. I spent a couple of hours trying to hold it in place with various fine tools, eventually I had to give up.
