Waste of money and time

I have 2 of these lights for my boat, I use them at 24 volts, the description says 10-30 volts. When I use the USB port to charge my phone, the display does not respond. When I touch the power button, the light just flashes and doesn't stay on. Send them back for a replacement, hope the new ones work, they're pretty light but very poor build quality.
