I needed a small, inexpensive desktop that could support the applications I needed. I'm not a gamer, but I run programs like Outlook, Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio and other applications that use a lot of memory and CPU. simultaneously. The HDMI ports work great. And 8 USB ports. The sound is surprisingly good and overall the devices work perfectly. Setup is easy and convenient. I feel like I got exactly what was advertised and what I was hoping for. For professionals, this computer takes up very little space. Works absolutely silent. It's very responsive and the processor is quite capable of handling memory-intensive applications. I was able to easily connect keyboards, mice, USB speakers, webcams, network hubs, USB extenders, and more. I was able to get to work in less than 10 minutes. The wireless receivers look like a joke, but they worked very well. It easily handled 3D slicing tasks for my 3D printer, and apps like Visual Studio worked just as they did on my much more expensive work machine. I'm really surprised by the performance and overall very happy with it. As for the downsides, I've found that Microsoft teams have gotten really hot. Maybe that would be nice, but I bought a USB fan that blows over it, which I turn on during video conferences. There were no problems, just very hot when I touched it. Otherwise it got warm, but not by much at all, even with resource-intensive tasks like compiling and the like. In general, in the two months of using this device, I have not had any problems with this device. I use it literally every day and I use it to connect to monitors with ease. This is a better device than I was hoping for, especially for the price! Although I didn't need to contact the seller for any problems, he contacted me in advance to provide the license key information and also to ask me in advance if I had any difficulties. They offered help but I didn't have to use it, so I can't say how the company actually works, but from what I've seen they did a very satisfactory job. Finally, I have a great device that seems to work well enough for me and if I needed another I would not hesitate to buy it again or recommend it to my friends.
