The service is very reliable, and the support staff is always willing to help with any questions you have. I wish that there was an easier way to send documents through the system. Sometimes it is difficult to know when a document has been sent for approval. This can be frustrating since sometimes it seems like the document will not go through until much later than expected. It is beneficial to have someone who knows how to use the software in order to work efficiently and effectively. It has allowed us to streamline our workflow process.
