Review on ๐Ÿ”ช 7-Inch Granton Edge Mercer Culinary Millennia Santoku Knife with Black Handle by Katie Atencio

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Really good knife, suitable for kitchen and dining room

In the last few months I have bought three Mercer Millennia knives (7" Santoku, 14" carving knife and 10" carving knife and 10" " (Serrated Bread Slicing Knife) They are sharp, take a very sharp blade, have a good grip (may be too big for tiny hands) and cut easily Star deducted for the stupid packaging - the knife is tight between layers of Hard plastic and a layer of cardboard sandwiched in. This would be annoying with a screwdriver or pocket comb, but downright dangerous with a very sharp knife. [Note: An attempt to indicate the other two is merely referenced here. All three knives are excellent.]

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
