I just got finished installing this and I have to say it's a bit of a let down. I did a lot of research on a cover before purchase and while I still think this was the best one for the job, I'm a little disappointed.Installation: Installation was easy enough. Took a ratchet and a 9/16" and a 1/2" socket. I'm fairly handy and I had it done in about 30 minutes taking my time to make sure everything was lined up correctly. Instructions were pretty good. The only issue I had was due to the design of the C-clamps and how they fit on my '15 Silverado Bed. I couldn't get them as high as I felt like they should be because the bolt would hit the bottom of the rail. Because of this, the weight of the cover causes the side rails of the cover to sag a bit. Not much but enough that the ends scratch the plastic cover on the top of the tailgate when you close it.Quality: Here's where I was a bit disappointed. It just doesn't seem as robust and solid as it looks in the pictures. It says it's load bearing to 400 lbs, but I have to seriously question that. I had intended to make a rack for my mountain bike that would fit in the stake pockets of the truck bed and put the bike on top of this cover so I could use the whole bed for storage for a trip, but I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable doing that now that it's installed. It seems like it will keep the water out of the truck bed and certainly seems secure enough if you don't want someone getting into your bed but for the price I think the quality should be a little better.Edit: I have to adjust my rating on this cover. 4 years in, this cover has NOT held up to the test of time and the elements! When it's cold, if any water gets into the channels, forget rolling it up because it will be frozen shut! The vinyl on top is peeling off and curling away, the felt strips on the inside have fallen off and hang down into the bed, and the cover leaks like a sieve. Nothing stays dry inside my bed (I found this out after two tool boxes in the back had an inch of water in them and I had a lot of rusty tools to clean up!) Maybe I got a lemon, but for the money this should not be falling apart after only 4 years. About the only good thing is that it is aluminum and keeps what's in the bed relatively secure, even if it is sopping wet after a rain.
