Will not fit 2005 F-150
I bought this a few months ago and only tried to install it today. Although the original part and this part look the same, there is definitely a size difference. I was able to install it, but I needed a belt sander for the areas around the bottom exhaust port and the corner around the top right screw hole to shave it just enough to fit. If I need to replace it again, I'll just spend the extra money to get a genuine Ford part. It was a very frustrating installation experience due to poor tolerances in the replacement part.
