Only worked for 6 months
The item worked perfectly with my Mercedes 2020 GLC 350e and then accidentally stopped working. It shows power and the charge light comes on when plugged into an outlet, but when I plugged it into my car, the display showed the battery was full and wouldn't charge again if my car battery died. This is disappointing as it was one of the few chargers with such a long cord. I tried contacting Orion's supposedly 24/7 customer support, the calls went straight to voicemail and my email went unanswered. Luckily Revain was able to refund my money (for once) minus the restocking fee(?).
