I use these when ever I get a set of used shoes.
I wear size 15 and do not cut these or modify these in anyway when they arrive. Just put inside the shoes.When ever I get used Jordan’s from Plato’s or eBay or where ever I acquire them, I get a set of these and change out the old original insoles and these make the shoes bran new. Where your foot arches on the inside they have padding that contours with your foot for additional support. Very nice. I even recently changed out my Air Force ones soles with these and it’s turned a shoe i thought was trash into my new work shoes.
