The ease of use, how fast it is to get images out from X-rays into our EMR system allows us to save time in the office by getting more patients seen each day than we would have otherwise had there not been this software available! I wish they made some adjustments when you are trying to see multiple views at once since sometimes if one view isn't perfectly aligned then others don't line up properly which makes viewing difficult later down the road. It's easy enough to learn but requires patience so make sure you know what you're doing before jumping right in. We were able to eliminate paper work because everything was being transferred digitally making patient records much easier to keep track off. If needed we could also print films easily without having to send them via mail (which many offices do). Also helps tremendously keeping all information organized within an electronic medical record. This has helped me manage my schedule better while working in several different locations.
