I love inexpensive gadgets that give me an aha moment. That's exactly what the designers at OXO did with these wine corks. These are silicone caps that are sealed. They work like corks, but the rib all the way around allows them to hold all types of bottles - wine, olive oil, even my other wider-mouth liquor bottles. I love her. A sealed wine bottle easily fits on the top shelf of my refrigerator. Or you can also store it lying down, the seal is airtight. I've turned the bottle upside down a few times and nothing leaked, nothing spilled. I can bring my half-empty ones home safely. The stoppers fold up for easy finding in my equipment drawer (see photo).
